Spanish Partners of IPM Tools

Centro de Formación e Recursos da Coruña (Center of Formation and Resources of A Corunna)
This is an organisation, branch of the Service of Teacher Training at Consellería of Education and Universities which takes as aims the permanent training of the professorship, the interchange of experiences and reflection on the educational processes and the pedagogic dinamización of the centers as elements that help to improve the quality in the education.

This Center must develop its activity in a coherent way with the plans of formation that demands the educative system, and with the necessities of pedagogical and scientific update felt and showed by the educational ones.

The Center of Formation and Resources of A Corunna must be linked to the educational centers of its territorial area. Our responsability is to make this center a place of collaboration, helping to consolidate the educational understood labor not as a simple work isolated in the classroom, but as a more complex and creative activity, which develops and adapts the currícula to the social and educational context.

CPI O Cruce
CPI O Cruce is situated in the Northwest of Spain (Galicia). It has 410 students (3-18 years), Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary school.

The school is active in international educational collaboration projects using ICT: three finished Comenius 1 projects and the fourth ongoing one that is named "Reporters". CPI O Cruce has participated since 1997 in Netdays, coordinates in Galicia with the support of A Xunta a Netdays project "European Press-wide editorial press" which is coordinated by Vitikkala school (Finland) and has been working with CCE Magazine since 1999. The school has participated since 2001 in e-schola and in 2002 the proposal of schools was chosen to the top 100. The school has participated also in the Comenius week in Murcia (Spain). The innovative projects in language teaching and learning were acknowledged when CPI O Cruce won the European Label 2003 in Spain.

CPI O Cruce coordinates together with the Training and Research Centre of A Corunna the project IPM Tools in Spain.
